Financial System
The Financial System consists of PeopleSoft/Oracle's FMS (Financial
Management Solutions) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) products.
The NDUS implementation uses the modules of General Ledger, Commitment
Control (KK), Asset Management, Purchasing, Payables, Grants Management,
Project Costing, Contract Administration, Billing and Receivables. In
addition, Effort Reporting, which is actually in the HRMS system, is
managed by the Finance team since it relates to Grants and Contracts.
Access to Finance is obtained through campus Finance Access Control
Officers.
