ConnectND Security Forms

To view NDUS-CND forms, change your macro security setting to medium. Go to the menu bar in Excel: Tools>Macro>Security>Security Level Tab>Medium.

Forms marked with an asterik (*) are for ConnectND business and technical analysts and are password protected. You will need to enter the NDUS-CND-Secure Forms username and password to access these forms. If you do not know the username and password, please contact the NDUS Help Desk at help.desk@nodak.edu or call toll free (866) 457-6387 and request that a Remedy ticket be created and assigned to the ConnectND Security group.
