Data Privacy Verification
Use the Data Privacy Verification database to verify whether or not a user requesting access has completed the Data Privacy Training. The Data Privacy Verification is at https://apps.ndus.edu/dptraining/caco_index.php.
NDUS Electronic ID (e-ID)
Before you can access the Data Privacy Verification
your NDUS electronic ID (e-ID) must be activated. Your e-ID is usually
your Firstname.Lastname .
To activate your e-ID:
Visit http://enroll.nodak.edu from any computer. Read
the State Board of Higher Education Policy 1901.2 and
NDUS Procedures 1901.2 and
click "Continue" to agree to abide by these terms. On the next page, go
to the section that says, "I do not know my Electronic ID or password".
Enter your last name and your Emplid and click "Continue". On the next
page, you will enter your default password. This is in an
XxxSSYYYY format.
Xxx are the first three letters of your birth month with the
first letter capitalized.
SS are the middle two digits in your Social Security
number.
YYYY are the digits of your birth year.
If your birthday is 11/3/1983 and your Social Security number is
111-22-3333, your default password would be Nov221983. If your default
password does not work, please contact the Help Desk at 701-231-8685,
Option 1.
